Agriseeds Group holds two subsidiary companies, Agriseeds Ltd and AgroChemicals solutions Ltd. Agriseeds Ltd was created in 2013 and was established as a vegetable seed company but quickly realized that the company need to look at the whole value chain of vegetable production to create a sustainable business solution to farmers. As results, AgroChemicals Solutions Ltd was established to provide the innovative solutions to farmers in the fields of pests and diseases control, seeds processing, treatment and storage. Currently, Agriseeds Group is one of the leading agricultural companies in Rwanda through its portfolio companies that are operating under the agriculture sector, with focus on seeds and agrochemicals. Agriseeds Group's current subsidiary companies are specialized in agricultural seeds production & marketing and agro-chemicals manufacturing, distribution and marketing. Both Agriseeds Ltd and AgroChemicals solutions Ltd strive to strategically position Agriseeds Group to grow in terms of business sustainability while maximizing the welfare of shareholders.

Since its foundation, Agriseeds Group has always held majority stakes in its both subsidiaries; thus, exercised control over the subsidiaries. The Group strives to further acquire significant stakes in companies operating in agricultural inputs and diversify its portfolio to include a variety of sectors in the future such as agricultural processing, agri-exports, education through agri-Centre of Excellence and significantly increase its real estate portfolio. Being a farmer is a choice that needs to be supported by other value chains stakeholders. Agriseeds Group strives to make a farmer proud of his/her profession. Our national economy depends on agriculture production, and good quality seeds are one of the main agricultural factors for agricultural productivity and production. As a company, we aim at contributing to a sustainable agriculture and real agricultural transformation in the country with the support from our partners in seeds production and agrochemicals manufacturing along with building on favorable and conducive business environment established by the Government.
Agriseeds Group is actively looking for home-grown solutions that support our farmers to fulfil their dreams, towards a green agriculture while maximizing the productivity on a limited area of land. We contribute to improving livelihood of Rwandan farmers through quality seeds coupled with extension services and innovations. Having been in the seed industry for a decade, with extensive expertise in seed industry development and business administration, I am committed to continuously expand our business to an international level, emphasizing on smart and innovative ideas.
In the framework of building resilience of the local seeds industry, Agriseeds Group is constantly engaged in research and development activities with the help of research scientists from recognized organizations, to produce quality seeds of various crops locally, keeping in consideration the climatic suitability and the requirements of farmers. Agriseeds Group understands the importance of developing business partnerships with other knowledgeable seeds-based organizations with an open mind to share experience, skills and develop sustainable relationships under win-win business concept.

Despite a huge dependency on imports for both seeds and agro-chemicals, there is a great opportunity in terms of doing business with the legal tools in place and effective coordination and collaboration between public and private sector that makes the country a perfect distribution hub for the region. This has attracted more seeds businesses and created the synergy of efforts to improve the productivity and production of agriculture.
We are supplying and distributing various agricultural seeds and agrochemical products through a good network with our business partners such as agriculture scientists, government institutions, Seed companies and farmers. In addition, our business expands in the region through exporting to neighboring countries.
