Seed to customer

A vertically integrated model with
full quality traceability

Founded in 2013 as a vegetable seed company, Agriseeds Group has grown into one of Rwanda's leading agricultural companies. Through our portfolio companies we cover the whole value chain — seed production and marketing, agro-chemical distribution, and farmer training — and we vow to be the true partner of farmers through best-quality products, services and distinguished farming solutions.

  • Quality seeds produced locally, adapted to Rwanda's climate
  • Environment-friendly crop protection from planting to harvest
  • Training and extension services that improve farmer livelihoods

Our Seed Value Chain

From the field to
the farmer's hand

We control every step of the seed journey — production,
processing and distribution — so farmers receive
seeds they can trust, season after season.

Discover Our Seeds

Our EASI Seed Ltd production unit and contracted out-grower farmers produce seed under regular field inspections, certified under Rwanda's seed certification system.

Cleaning, grading, treatment and coating, germination testing and safe storage — then packaging in farmer-friendly pack sizes from 10g to 25kg.

A nationwide agro-dealer network puts our seeds within reach of every farmer, with exports to neighbouring countries making Rwanda a regional hub.

14+ vegetable varieties, from onion and tomato to watermelon and French beans, plus high-yielding hybrid maize adapted to Rwanda's low, mid and high altitudes.

Locally produced seed, adapted to Rwandan soils and climate, supporting national food security and the livelihoods of the farmers who grow it.

“I switched to Agriseeds Red Creole onion seed three seasons ago. The germination is reliable and the bulbs are uniform, so traders at Musanze market now ask for my onions by name. My yield per plot has almost doubled.”

Jean Bosco Habimana

Onion farmer · Musanze District

“As an agro-dealer I need stock I can stand behind. Agriseeds delivers on time, the small pack sizes sell fast with smallholders, and their agronomists come to my shop to train customers on safe use of crop protection products.”

Claudine Uwimana

Agro-dealer · Nyagatare District

“The Academy's vegetable production course changed how I farm. I learned nursery management, spacing and integrated pest management on real demo plots. Today I supply tomatoes to two hotels in Kigali and employ four young people.”

Aline Mukamana

Academy alumna · Rwamagana District

“Our cooperative of 120 members in Bugesera works with Agriseeds as an out-grower partner. Their field inspections and fair contracts have given our members a stable income from seed production, and the training has raised the quality of everything we grow.”
